生徒には、ベジタリアン食材が提供されています。

Vegetarian ingredients are provided for students.

　ベジタリアンは、健康や環境に対するさまざまな利点があります。食事内容が主に植物性であることにより、以下のような健康的な側面が期待されます。

Being vegetarian has various benefits for health and the environment. Having a predominantly plant-based diet is expected to yield the following healthy aspects:

  1. バランスの取れた食事：植物性食品は、豊富なビタミン、ミネラル、食物繊維を含んでおり、栄養バランスを保つのに役立ちます。

  2. 心臓の健康：菜食主義は、心臓病や高血圧のリスクを低減するとされています。

  3. 体重管理：植物性食品は低カロリーであり、体重管理に役立つことがあります。

  4. 持続可能性：肉類の生産に比べて温室効果ガスの排出が少ないため、ベジタリアンは環境への負荷を軽減する一環としても注目されています。

  5. 倫理的な観点：動物の権利や福祉への配慮から、肉食を控えることは倫理的な選択とされています。

　この食材補助制度は、ベジタリアンの生徒がこれらの利点をより良く享受し、健康、環境、倫理的価値観を学内で大切に続けることを支援することを目指しています。
