Position: Japanese teacher
日本では3～4人に1人が65歳以上の高齢者だそうです。私もそのうちの1人です。日本語教師になって現在8年目です。
私の日本語教育におけるモットーは3つあって、1つは学生のことを第一に考える「学生ファースト」、2番目は、学生が主役ですから「教師はコーチに徹する」、3番目は、「レベル別クラス編成を心がける」です。同じようなレベルの学生を1つのクラスにしたほうが学習効率は上がります。
学生の皆さんの満足度が最大限になるよう、よりよい授業を目指していきたいと日頃から考えております。
In Japan, it is said that one in three to four people is aged 65 or older, and I am one of them. I have been a Japanese language teacher for eight years now.
I have three mottos in my approach to Japanese language education. The first is "Student First," where I prioritize the well-being of the students. The second is that since students are the protagonists, "teachers should act as coaches." The third is to "strive for class organization based on levels." Grouping students with similar levels in one class enhances the efficiency of learning.
I consistently strive to provide better lessons, aiming for the highest possible satisfaction of the students.

幼い頃から教師を目指し、埼玉大学で日本語教育を学びました。在学中に日本の言葉そのものに興味を抱いたことがきっかけで、日本語教育への道へと進みました。みなさんと近い目線で話せると思います。いっしょに頑張りましょう！
Since my early childhood, I aspired to become a teacher and studied Japanese language education at Saitama University. During my studies, my fascination with the Japanese language itself became the catalyst for my journey into the field of Japanese language education. I believe I can communicate with all of you on a relatable level. Let's work hard together!

日本に滞在して7年間になります。みなさんの生活のお手伝いがしたくて、日本語学校で働いています。みなさんと話すのが大好きです。困ったことがあってもなくても、いつでも声をかけてくださいね。

前職では就職支援をしていました。聖鳩国際カレッジでは、寮や学校での生活からビザ更新まで様々なサポートをしています。日本には20年くらい住んでいて、日本のルールについてもみなさんに教えることができます。
In my previous job, I provided job placement support. At Seihato International College, we offer various forms of assistance, from dormitory life to visa renewals. I have been living in Japan for about 20 years, and I can also guide you on the rules and regulations in Japan.
